Information that is requested for these purchases will consist only of the purchaser's name, valid email address for confirmation of the order, and items requested. Credit or debit card payment is collected by Paypal and at no time does anyone from Zingy's Web have access to your credit or debit card details.
At no time will we give, sell or divulge in any way your personal information to 3rd parties or lists.
Zingy's Web aims to provide family friendly sites available to all ages. All our sites will therefore abide by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. This means we do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13 on this website nor any client website. We are allowed by COPPA to reply to a one time request for information or answer a question without Parental Consent as long as we do not request or store any personal information from the child. Anything more requires Parental Consent, by which the parents must provide a valid postal address where we may write requesting parental consent be given in writing.
